Hi Grandma I am feeling so low, I have this major pain and tightness in my chest which I can’t shake off, I have no enjoyment in anything anymore and I’ve lost over a stone and half in weight over the last couple of months I have no appetite I don’t enjoy food anymore even though I’m the luckiest person to have my beautiful son I don’t know why I’m feeling so sad like the walls are closing in on me and I’m drowning in my own head I even thought that I’d be better off dead but I can’t leave my son and I won’t do but I need help badly I can’t keep going through this anymore please help me please xxxxxx
